Hi Dana-what a fun post with Stella. I cannot believe you took her with you to get a mammogram--that's too funny! She makes a great shopper's companion doesn't she? I'm so glad she's getting to see the local sights with you this week.

Hope you have a lovely weekend.

Congratulations Dana on all your awards!!!!

Looks like you and Stella and the Stone Rabbit have been having such a wonderful time just visiting each other and doing ordinary things.....LOVE it!♥

Stella may never the same after that visit to the dr.'s. Congratulations on your many awards.

Congrats on all your awards. Stella is probably so thankful she does not have to endure a mammogram :)
That marshmallow bag does not look too full. Some little tummys may be in need of some Pepto-bismol. They do look yummy, so I can't blame them. Now I need a snack....

Hi Dana, I enjoyed seeing Stella in Kansas City. I see that she loved shopping with you. Watch out she doesn't eat all those marshmallows all in one go!
Have a great weekend.
Lindsay

Dana, what a beautiful post thanking our blogging friends for your well deserved awards.
It is amazing how many bloggers we keep in touch with now. I have been lax and need to get better about it. This surgery sure did slow me down. It will improve soon. Monday will be three weeks and that seems to be a turning point for feeling better.

I love your meme. No one smoked in my family and I have never been around smoke. Bill smoked before we got married but he quit. He knew how I disliked it but he quit on his own. I do know how difficult it is to quit because my sister's dh has tried for years and just can't do it. He is in lots of breathing trouble at age 75. Good for you for quiting early on.

How weird it must feel to see your favorite car around town. I never lived in the same place long enough for that to happen. We moved so much because if Bill's job. It was always in the same state though. He worked twentynine years for the power Co. in FL. Then he had a second career as a math professor. He loved it.

It looks like you and Stella have become best friends. I too have a weakness for marshmallows.

Love your post today Dana. I have seen most of the beautiful fountains in KC. I love them all.

Have a wonderful day my friend.

Hugs...Jeanne

I've popped over to catch up on Stella's travels... she's a real 'girl's girl', that girl!;) And a sweet tooth! Enjoy the rest of her stay...

Oh, I love the facts about you that you shared. I used to LOVE that song!! I even remember the camel's name ~ Clyde! Now why can't I remember where I laid my keys this morning when I can remember a song fro 40+ years ago?

What a fun post and what a great companion Stella makes.

Dana, I loved your answers to the meme...I also am hooked on 24 and Lost - Jillian said she knows better than to call me during those shows! :) I also smoked and quit many, many years ago...and peeking into your grocery bags I noticed - CHEERIOS -one of my favorite cereals! It seems we do have a lot in common, although, I don't have a friend from England named Stella. LOL! :-)
