This tree of amazing PINKNESS is located at the salon I go to!! Isn't it great. . . .and that PINK Santa hat is the perfect "topper"!!!
Bonnie and I loved this little tree we saw at a recent Holiday Open House. It's covered in vintage red plastic cookie cutters!
I knew I had some that my mom had given to me and decided I wanted to include them on a little tree this year!!
I didn't have an extra little green tree, but. . .
I had a little silver tree! So I attached two strings of the little "seed lights" that are out now!! They are actually battery operated. . .with TIMERS!!! Christmas decorating lifesavers!! Then I attached the 10 cookie cutters that were my moms, plus the handful of "new/old" ones I'd found at a couple of antique stores.
THE STONE RABBIT was looking out the living room window early today when I took this photo. . .we had slick streets then . . .and are now bracing for freezing rain and snow tonight!! He's keeping me posted about what it is doing outside!
I decided he needed a little Christmasy moment, so I put the cookie cutter tree next to him for a bit!! He loved it!! It will be in our kitchen over the next couple of weeks . . . a sweet reminder of my mom at this time of year.
Please visit Beverly's blog HOW SWEET THE SOUND! She will have a long list of other bloggers who are ready to share their holiday fun or PINKS with you this weekend!!
Thanks to Beverly for keeping our Pink Saturday event happening every week!!!
