I'm sorry. I know there is not one little bit of PINK in this photo, BUT you have to understand----Missouri has only made it to the Elite Eight six times!!!! We MIZZOU fans are wild with excitement over how well this team has played this year---and we LOVE Coach Anderson!
Their game against U Conn, on Saturday evening, will be a tough one, too, but ya know what-----we LOVE the Tigers----no matter what the final score happens to be! They've given us, their fans, a wonderful season!
Good luck, MIZZOU. . . . . . and Thank You!!!
Now, on to my PINKS!!
My pal Bonnie and I exchange little Spring/Easter gifts each year. This year, thanks to the inspiration of Beverly's PINK SATURDAY , Bonnie surprised me with plenty of Eastery Pink!!
First, she gave me this wonderful "Happy Easter" sign! It is full of glitter and adds the perfect amount of sparkle to the mantel in our entry!!!
Look at this little vintagey card she found---filled with the sweetest Easter chicks with their little Pink touches!
Bonnie knows I LOVE Peeps------and that I personally believe the PINK PEEPS taste the very best of all!!
She even found a cute little PEEPS card!
OHHHHHHH-----I LOVE these little PEEPS filled with bubbles!!! Those folks at the Peeps Company really came up with some great ideas this year!!
I think my little Grand girl and I will have a great time blowing bubbles---don't you?
Bonnie and I made an Easter tree a couple of years ago by clipping branches from a tree in her back yard, then securing them in some plaster we poured into containers. We had the biggest mess you've ever seen--that plaster was everywhere but in the containers. Of course, the messier the project became, the funnier it was and the more we laughed. Our projects are never easy---but they're usually fun!
Anyway, I have some swell new ornaments to hang on my tree---many are adorned in lovely shades of PINK!!!
Bonnie always has a surprise up her sleeve! This time it was in the form of these WONDERFUL PINK candies she made!!
I have to admit, that I have (gasp) EATEN a couple of the smallest candies.
Oh, my! They were soooooo tasty! I do believe their PINKNESS added to their yummy flavor!!
THE STONE RABBIT thought one of the PINK ribbons Bonnie had used on my gifts would be perfect for him to wear for a Springy touch!!
He does look good in Pink, doesn't he?
It looks like THE STONE RABBIT loves PEEPS, too!
Hmmmmmm---it also looks like he might like them a little TOOOO much!
When I asked him if he was the one who nibbled off the head of one of my PINK PEEPS he said, "Yes!" He told me he had resisted and resisted-----until he couldn't stand it any longer!
I told him I knew EXACTLY how he felt!!! It's really hard to resist the temptations of those tasty little PINK PEEPS!
For lots more PINK fun, hop over to Beverly's at HOW SWEET THE SOUND!!
DANA
When I heard about Missouri moving on today on tv- I thought of you!!
Love all of your spring things!! And Stone Rabbit looks mighty Springy himself:)

Hi Dana, this will be quick we will be having company for the next two plus weeks and I am trying to clean. Lol. I am out of practice and the dust is winning.
Your pink is wonderful as always. I want some of those peeps. I guess I will have to settle for jelly beans I purchased this week. Your gifts from Bonnie are so sweet. How was her B day party?
More later, my dh is cleaning in the garage. That is a train wreck for sure. He keeps calling me. Yikes.
Have a happy PS.
Hugs...Jeanne

Peeps are the best especially when they're a couple of months old and they're stale! I love them then!! Of course, I did buy a couple of packages of Peeps but couldn't wait for them to *age* and now I'll have to go find more! I want to see a pic of your Easter tree with your new ornaments on it! Everything you received looked wonderful!! Good luck to your Mizzou!
