First, thank you all for the many prayers you sent this way when I asked for them last week...for our sick daughter. She was very touched when I told her about the kind words you all left on my post. . .and certainly appreciated the prayers you offered for her. . .as did I.
This has been a very rough two weeks for her. She was released from the hospital, still in some pain, and without a diagnosis of the cause. They ruled out some things they think did not cause it.
So, again, I am asking for your continued prayers for her. . . and us.
I took this photo in the pharmacy of the hospital, as she was leaving. I would love it if one of those PINK pills would work wonders and make her pain go away. Sadly, it doesn't always work like that, does it?
THE STONE RABBIT did remind me of the photo I took some time back in our grocery store. He kinda thinks I need to go get a couple of bottles of that PINK milk and maybe. . .
restock my PINK cuppy cake supply.
I think he might be onto something. . . maybe PINK milk and PINK cuppy cakes will work better than PINK pills!!!
It's worth a try.
Please visit our hostess, Beverly, at HOW SWEET THE SOUND. She will have a long list of other bloggers who are eager to share their PINKS with you this week.
Have a healthy and happy PINK SATURDAY.
DANA
Hi Dana, I was late linking today because I took a nap. Horrors! HA! I see you and I are linked very near each other. I hope you took a nap too. I am sure after all the worry about your daughter has you worn out.
I will definitely continue to put you all in our prayers each day. Nothing feels worse than not knowing what is wrong when you have pain. I am glad she was able to get out of the hospital though. I know that is a great relief to your daughter too. You are all in my thoughts my dear friend.
Pink milk??? Not so tasty in my way of thinking. However, I am always on the lookout for pink Hostess Cakes. Smile! The season coming up should be cause to find and enjoy some of those delicious pink goodies.
Take care and relax if you can.
Love, Jeanne

I'm glad to hear your daughter was released. Hopefully all that pink milk (ugh) and pink cupcakes (yummy) will cure her!

I hope her pain is soon gone, and that it doesn't rear its ugly head again. You all remain in my prayers.
Pink cuppycakes?♥ There nowhere to be found in our neck of the woods.
Happy Pink Saturday, Dana. I'm still working on my journal.

So sorry to hear she was not diagnosed with anything....but I do think it is good news that she is out of the hospital. I was wondering how things were and was looking for your link at the top like normal and then of course I started worrying when I did not see it right away! Found it!
Hope your pink cuppy cakes do the trick. If not, the Stone Rabbit will enjoy them for now!

Hi Dana,
I am so sorry to hear your daughter is still in pain. It is so scary when the doctors can not find a cause....we are going through something similar with our 7 year old grandson. High fever, stiff and painful neck, sore throat, headache and can not close his jaw all the way....test, after test and they have no idea....As a Mom, I know just how scared you get...as a grandmom, too.
She will stay in our prayers!
Jil ♥

Hey Dana, I had been poking around facebook, etc.looking for news of your daughter. Glad to see this post about her and will continue with the prayers for her full recovery. Remember how we once talked about how much we dislike January? Well...my feelings have not changed even though it's the month of my birth date. ..... Pink milk????? hmmmm.....xoxoxo

It is bad enough to be sick, but even worse when they find nothing. It is so frustrating knowing something is not right. Trust you and family are all having a better day.

Hey that bottle of pills looks like my nightstand!!! It's ridiculous how many maintenance drugs I take and Jeff too!
I do hope your girl is feeling better now. How awful these past two weeks have been. And then to not know? Poor girl - that's a whole lot to cope with. Your grandgirl's hands look like your daughters hands.
We worked at Oodles and then The Roost today and my knee is killing me. I was going to put my Circle book pics up for PS and then found some glitzy pink instead. How's your 10 zillion dollar book coming? I'm sure it will be fabulous. I have to finish mine this weekend and I'm determined to decorate for Valentine's Day tomorrow. The upstairs remains rodent free so I'm off my decorating hiatus/strike.

Glad your daughter is home...hope she starts to feel better soon!!

Dana, wish you had gotten some answers...with all our knowledge and technology, sometimes we are still in the dark. I'm sure as the scary things were crossed off the list that helped even if you didn't get a diagnosis. Sometimes the good news is that there is no bad news. That's what Faith is for. Rest when you can. I boxed my journal for mailing and posted a "group" picture on Nancy's Facebook group.

Dana,
I am so sorry your daughter has been having problems that have not been diagnosed but very glad she has been discharged from the hospital. My prayers will be with her. I want to thank you for your sweet message about my recent diagnosis. Hugs and prayers are so appreciated. I just haven't been able to write about it all yet. I hope to soon.
L,
Jean
